Lunch will consist of a Zamindari Sit Down Thali. It will be served on traditional terracotta/baked clay tableware. The thali will include salad, rice, dal, shukto, variety of fritters/bhaja, poori/luchi, 3 non veg (fish , prawn & mutton preparation) OR 3 veg (for vegetarians) main course, chutney, papad & 3 types of bengali desserts.
