Abar Khabo is actually a sweet dish, consisting of two concentric spheres filled with a mixture of pistachios, cashews, raisins, and kheer. The outer layer is made from a dough made from all-purpose flour, semolina and ghee, while the inner layer is made from kheer, a sweet, milky pudding made from rice and milk. The name Abar Khabo literally means "eat again" in Bengali, which is a nod to the sweet's rich and decadent flavor that makes it hard to resist.
